When Elements decides that 2 profiles show a high probability for a successful match, we will email both members with details, and 2 pictures.

Both members must approve the match for the process to move forward, and once the approval is complete we will notify you and begin planning your first meeting.

No.  We don’t offer background checks on our members.  The information from one background database to another can vary widely, so there’s no way to be assured that the information would be complete.  We put a lot of thought into the questions on the personality assessment, and we meet with each member for 30-45 minutes via a live video conference.  This meeting allows us to connect with our clients on a more personal level, and also to verify that the member matches the identification they submitted.  We do encourage members to seek further verification on their own, if they feel this is warranted.

All members must submit 5 photos, including 1 valid driver’s license or other Government issued I.D with photo.  Each member must also complete a 30-45 minute live consultation before they are able to receive any matches.

We’ll contact you when we have chosen one or more profiles that we feel is a great match for you, you’ll then have the opportunity to review it and either accept, or decline the match.

Once a match is approved by both members and the fees are paid, there are no refunds of the match fee.
