Michael Farrell – A Lifelong Love Affair with Cars
Growing up in a small Upper Peninsula Michigan town, my mom knew I was destined for a life surrounded by cars when my first word was “truck.” By my early teens, I was salvaging beat-up cars from neighbors—paid for with pocket change from babysitting, odd jobs, or recycling bottles at Michigan’s 10-cent refund.
At 15 in 1985, I bought my first Ford Falcon Gasser (a roller from my Ford-obsessed uncle), and that’s where this journey really began. Decades later, that car still sparks my best memories—and it’s why I’m committed to helping others relive that thrill.
Today, gassers and vintage Fords have a cult following. My mission? To hunt down affordable, nostalgia-packed rides (and parts!) for the average enthusiast—so you can chase those “smiles per gallon” without breaking the bank.
Where Passion Meets the Pavement.
The smell of gasoline and the roar of a V8 aren’t just a business to me – they’re my childhood memories. Growing up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, I funded my first car purchases by redeeming pop bottles at 10¢ each and babysitting for neighbors. That scrappy determination never left me. When I bought my first Ford Falcon Gasser at 15 from my uncle (who still won’t stop talking about his ‘66 Fairlane), it wasn’t just a car – it was the beginning of everything.
We specialize in 'attainable cool' – cars priced for working folks. We source vehicles from barns, backyards, and auctions that most people don’t even know exist.
Every car comes with real advice. If something’s a money pit, I’ll be the first to tell you.
Whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned collector, we believe classic cars should be both a passion and a possibility.
