Chelsea White supports day-to-day operational continuity and regulatory compliance. Her responsibilities include laboratory coordination, sampling support, CCR preparation, and agency communication. She plays a key role in maintaining documentation accuracy, regulatory readiness, and operational consistency across projects.
Steven Reyna Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Steven Reyna founded CMC Environmental after years of hands-on leadership operating and supporting regulated water systems. As a licensed operator, he remains actively involved in field operations, technical oversight, and system response. His leadership style is decisive and field-driven — focused on stabilizing systems, solving complex operational challenges, and keeping critical infrastructure compliant, reliable, and running when others cannot.

Alex Becker provides hands-on leadership in field operations, system maintenance, and infrastructure troubleshooting. He supports on-site execution, preventative maintenance, and coordination with vendors to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted system performance.
